Krosse was perfect!  She swept the four of us at perfect gun range . . .  We were in an area of grassy type cover with sage clumps and the like.  I think I might have given a light couple of toots about three times mostly just giving Krosse a verbal here.  Her head would literally snap back toward me and she would come back to check in.  She had a nose of gold . . . She ran like a rocket . . .  Good work Tim Harris!

Great news, as you can see from the picture, we made it through with no issues!  The water retrieves were on big water and Jager didn’t hesitate.  He had to cross a bed of cut reeds that was 15 feet across until open water and he launched in with no fear.  The last bird was on a point with decoys just off the point.  He took a look at one of the decoys but turned away, got the bird and came straight back.  We are very happy!
