Training by yourself can be frustrating when it comes to set-ups and throwing birds on your own.  Clubs & other groups are an option many people use.  If you feel you and your dog are not progressing and getting the full benefit you need, maybe it’s time for a change.

When training for hunt tests and field trials, it’s important to train with someone that knows the difference between training and competing.  It is important that you train to compete vs. competing when you train.  That’s why we offer group training. By working with us and our training group, you will receive instruction, to help you and your dog to become more successful competitors.

 

Rugged Retriever Field Training Group

Drop-in group training is available on Saturday’s.  Training begins at 11:00 AM and runs until we are finished.  The Rugged Retriever Training Group trains on land & water marking set-up, land & water handling set-ups and marking & handling drills.  Qualified handlers & dogs can train with this group.  In order for us to keep the group training productive for everyone who attends, there are certain restrictions that apply.  Space is limited.  Give us a call today to set-up a complementary, no obligation evaluation.
